We’ll help you get comfortable with the various features to start you off on the right foot. Our training experts will walk you through tips for getting started, data entry best practices, and navigating the screens and fields of DonorPerfect. This session is designed for those of you who are new to DonorPerfect or anyone who just wants to get back to the basics.

This session will reveal all the features available in DonorPerfect as well as tools that allow you to customize your software to meet your needs. This workshop will also identify resources available to enhance your experience. This session is designed for those of you who are new to DonorPerfect or those who are looking to find out how to get the most out of using DonorPerfect.
Confident ReportingYour data’s in. Now, how do you organize it and get the reports your organization needs? In this session, we’ll help you identify useful reports for your daily, weekly and monthly fundraising efforts. Learn how to report to your board with a snapshot of your organization’s progress at any time.
Mastering Your DonorPerfect SystemEver wonder if there are ways to have DonorPerfect work for you, save you time and make you look smarter? You’ll want to come to this session to learn about some of the “smart” features available to you. You will learn how you can be alerted to pending tasks, automate your work and communicate important details in a timely fashion with SmartActions, as well as improve the way you organize your system with SmartScreens.
DPConnect – Volunteer Management, Integrated Texting and More…There are many ways to help your organization run more efficiently, fund raise and communicate with your donors through software and services that complement your DonorPerfect system. We are continuing to grow our partnerships and this session will provide an overview of solutions in the volunteer management, text to give, auctions, event registration and other helpful tools from DPConnect partners. We will discuss concepts and techniques to use these products in innovative ways as well as provide an overview of how to find the right DPConnect partner for your organization’s needs.

We encourage you to bring your laptop for this interactive session that guides you through the creation of a WebLink form from start to finish.

You’ll also learn how to create compound filters to make your reporting easier by combining filters or even subtracting the results of one filter from another.

During this session, we’ll review best practices for setting up your import file to upload new records or update existing ones. Then, we’ll step through the import process together. In this session, we’ll show you how to use the email and letter Receipts feature in DonorPerfect. We’ll resolve your receipting challenges together, saving you time and simplifying the thank-you process for all of your staff.
Everyday FiltersInterested in improving the value and accuracy of your reports? Come learn from Janet how to place the proper filters on your database to run meaningful reports. You will learn the basics of creating Selection Filters which will place limitations on the data being processed for your reports. Janet will demonstrate how to create traditional step-by-step filters as well as how to effectively utilize the efficiency boosting Sidebar feature (a quick way to designate which criteria you need to use in generating your report).

Report Center and Easy Report BuilderRun all your reports from one place, whether they are standard reports like Listings, Financial or Custom Reports. Your Favorite Reports and Scheduled Reports are also located here. You can search for reports by name and schedule custom reports to arrive in your inbox. Using a drag-and-drop interface, you’ll be able create and edit custom reports with the Report Builder.
